JOIN A COMMUNITY....NOT JUST A GYM
New memberships require the payment of a Capital Fee. This money is placed into a reserved fund to be used for repair and replacement of capital items (e.g. treadmills, roof, HVAC, etc). Payment must be made upon sign up to activate membership. If any membership is allowed to lapse for sixty(60) days or longer, the Capital Fee must be paid again.
